Lab Testing At Home

Listening to the body more clearly

Lab testing in my practice is never about chasing numbers or finding something “wrong.”

It’s about giving your body a clearer voice—so patterns that have been operating quietly beneath the surface can finally be seen and understood.

Testing is used as a tool for clarity, not a verdict. Results are always explored in context—with your lived experience, nervous system state, and personal history guiding the conversation.

How Lab Testing Is Used Here
Many people come into this work feeling confused or frustrated—doing “all the right things” without lasting change. Lab testing can help illuminate why.

Rather than overwhelming you with data, we look for:
patterns, not isolated markers
signals of stress, imbalance, or overload
how your body has adapted over time

The goal is not to fix or force the body—but to understand what it’s been responding to and what it needs to feel supported again. All testing is optional and guided. We only use what feels relevant and aligned for you.

Hormone Zoomer

Understanding stress, rhythm, and hormonal communication

Hormones are messengers. When something feels off—energy, mood, sleep, weight, motivation—it’s often because communication inside the body has been disrupted.

The Hormone Zoomer helps us explore:
-cortisol and stress response patterns
-sex hormone balance and metabolism
-how your body is responding over the course of the day

Rather than labeling symptoms, this test helps us see how your body has been adapting—and where support may help restore rhythm and resilience.

Total Tox Burden

Identifying hidden stressors the body is carrying

Sometimes the body is doing exactly what it should—responding to a load it was never meant to carry alone.

The Total Tox panel looks at common environmental stressors that can quietly burden detox pathways and the nervous system, including:
-plastics and chemical exposures
-pesticides and environmental toxins

When these are present, the body often compensates in ways that show up as fatigue, inflammation, hormonal shifts, or difficulty healing—despite best efforts. This test gives us information, not blame. Awareness creates choice.

Gut Zoomer

Exploring the gut as a center of communication
The gut is more than digestion—it’s deeply connected to immunity, mood, hormones, and energy.

The Gut Zoomer helps us understand:
-how well digestion and absorption are functioning
-patterns of imbalance or irritation
-how the gut may be influencing systemic symptoms

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about recognizing where the body may be asking for support so it can restore balance over time.

Vibrant Labs

A comprehensive lens when deeper insight is needed
Vibrant Labs testing allows us to explore more complex or layered patterns when symptoms don’t have a clear explanation.

These panels can help us look at:
-immune response patterns
-chronic stressors or exposures
-deeper system-wide communication

Testing is always chosen intentionally—never by default—and only when it supports clarity rather than creating overwhelm.

What Happens After Testing

Results are reviewed together in a way that is paced, grounded, and integrated. We don’t rush to protocols.

We take time to:
-connect results to how you actually feel
-identify priorities rather than “everything at once”
-choose next steps that feel sustainable and aligned

Testing becomes part of a larger conversation—not the conclusion.

Is Lab Testing Required? No.
Some people begin with testing.
Others start with The DNA Starter plan or Breakthrough Coaching and allow clarity to guide next steps. There is no correct order—only what feels right for you.

If You’re Considering Lab Testing
If you feel drawn to understanding your body at a deeper level, lab testing can be a supportive place to begin—or a meaningful next step. You’re welcome to explore this further during a Free consultation, where we can discuss what testing (if any) would be most helpful for you.

All lab tests are ordered through the clinic once care is established.
