Hi, we're Dr. Smart and Tracy Smart

Seeing the changes my patients experience is what continues to drive my work and my commitment to learning.

I know how frustrating it can be to try different approaches and still not feel like yourself. My role is to help you understand what your body is asking for and support the nervous system so real change can happen.

As a chiropractor in Silverdale, WA, I focus on neurologically based care that restores communication between the brain and body. Using the Zone Technique and Neurological Integration Systems (NIS), I look for where stress or disruption is interfering with how your body regulates, heals, and adapts.

My approach is gentle, precise, and always tailored to you. Rather than chasing symptoms, I work to uncover the underlying neurological patterns that may be contributing to pain, tension, fatigue, or ongoing health concerns. When the nervous system is supported, the body often responds in powerful and meaningful ways.

I believe healing works best when you feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your body and confident in the path forward.

I believe everyone has the ability to heal their own bodies and that no one should have to live in constant pain and dysfunction.

For years I searched for better answers—for myself and for the people I served. At first, those questions led me to many systems, techniques, philosophies, disciplines, and countless opportunities to learn. Each system, philosophy, and discipline offered another piece of the puzzle.

Time and again, I watched people experience meaningful shifts. As one layer came into balance, another would naturally rise to the surface, inviting deeper understanding and a new conversation. At first, I thought I was searching for the missing piece. Instead, I discovered something much more profound.

No matter how many tools we learn or how many answers we gather, we cannot hide from ourselves. Eventually, our patterns ask to be seen. Our emotions ask to be understood. Our stories ask to be questioned. And our lives continually invite us into a deeper relationship with ourselves.

That's when I realized my work was never really about finding better answers. It was about creating a space where people could see themselves more clearly. Because while we can't always choose what happens to us, we do have the opportunity to become more conscious of how we understand our experiences, the meaning we give them, and the way we choose to move forward. That realization transformed not only the way I worked—it transformed the way I saw people.

It transformed how I saw myself.
